This is one of our materials that was distributed at ICANN Cairo last Nov. This is a layman term of explaining the gTLD process to people that are not familiar with the industry. This is highly suitable for your community to understand how complex is the gTLD process.

Puntogal has included them in their website and a couple people actually requested for the soft copy so i figured why not just publish it here for everyone to grab it.
